- It is my hope that within these walls, every heart finds peace, every face rediscovers a smile, and every soul feels seen, valued, and loved.
When Dr Thresia Dias first envisioned this home, Her dream was simple yet deeply personal — to create a place where no one would feel forgotten, unwanted, or alone. Serving in Iraq at Armed Forces Hospital And with special needs children in kuwait over 20 years, she had seen the elderly and those struggling with psychiatric challenges pushed to the edges of society, when what they truly needed was compassion, patience, and Daily care. Working and caring for them gave her the courage to envision a village where she could provide for those who came in seek of care and dignity. Fix them whole, love them enough so they could relearn to love themselves. That message was e grained into every directive when Bethesda was started and throughout its formative years, Dr Thresia Dias worked on chipping out imbalances and imperfections in her vision of building a home that restored peace to life of those who came to stay and returned peace to the families of those who were entrusted to us
Standing tall beside her ambitions and fueling her actions and dreams was her husband, Mr Benedict Maurice Dias, a man whose soul knew struggle and hardship from childhood and would do anything to ease it for others. He pumped financial assistance into her projects as she build each floor of her vision. Together, they created a place on this earth, to house love laughter and peace, even after they have passed.

This home was born out of their belief — that every person deserves dignity, comfort, and love, no matter their age or condition. Here, She strived to create not just a shelter, but a family — one that listens, heals, and celebrates life in all its forms
